We offer per copy service agreements that include all parts, labor and supplies excluding paper there are no annual fees. You pay only for the copies you use at a set cost per copy. Per copy agreements start as little as one cent per copy. The more copies you buy at one time the less you pay per copy.

Below is an overview of how our service works and what makes us different from all other office equipment companies.

Copy Type Office Equipment Service Overview for all Digital Copiers
Copy Type’s Maintenance kits cover all Parts, Labor and Supplies excluding paper needed to maintain the equipment at its highest performance as possible. Parts are replaced as called for by the manufacturer’s recommendation. The kits are priced at one cent to one and a halve cents per copy depending on the copies per minute and the monthly volume of the equipment. There is no set number of copies that the customer has to run.
There are no hidden charges involved. Service calls to clean the equipment and install needed parts are provided at no extra charge. There is never a mileage fee charged to the customer. If extra toner is needed for heavy prints or any other reason this is provided at no extra charge. We require no minimums or maximums. You only pay for the copies you use. We do not have contracts and the customer should only pay for what they use. If you use 30,000 copies, that is all you are charged for. If it takes you 1 month or 1 year to run those copies you only pay for 30,000 copies.
